Is it a Crime to give “Material support” to a person or persons for the purpose of committing:
Income Tax Evasion?
Income Tax Fraud?
Identity Theft?
or Violating Federal Laws?

Can a US CITIZEN be “Compelled” by STATE LAW to “Violate” Federal Law??
I doubt very seriously that I can Be FORCED by STATE LAW to COMMIT a CRIMINAL ACT.
So Why can’t I march into FEDERAL COURT and get “Declaratory Relief” or in “Injunction” from “Any and ALL TAXES” that are being collected to do just that???

If I was a Governor of a different state, I would not recognize drivers license’s from California, and those caught driving in my state would suffer double penalty, kind of like what happens with so-called hate crimes.

Confiscate vehicle, send license back to Cal DMV, double fines, fees and sentences, bail automatic minimum $500,000 while awaiting court, report violations to ICE, just for starters.

Could other states make laws that address the issue of no insurance after license is issued with insurance and then is promptly dropped or not paid for? California should make a large fine for that but will not. I expect it to happen a lot.
I read this morning that the tax assessor in Palm Beach County, Florida, sent out a letter to residents , saying that they had until December to
Switch to a real ID drivers license. They had to appear in person at the DMV to get one.
I have been trying to figure out what that is about. Is it to help illegals get ID or stop them from using phony ID?

Why, the answer is simple (to liberals anyway). Make ALL road sign in Spanish as well. Adding kilometers might help also.
OK, many of these illegals are illiterate in their own language, or speak a dialect so different from Spanish** they might as well be from Mars, (Mexico recognizes 68 of ‘em) but Hey, small steps, small steps.
**I worked with a lot of foreign nationals, many from South America, and overheard conversations in Spanish that were liberally sprinkled with American words. I asked one of the girls why and she said it was because there were so many variations in the Spanish language that they used American words because they meant the same to everyone.
I worked in Venezuela for a short time, back when I was smoking cigars. I went into a store and asked for “cigarros”. The clerk didn’t know what I meant so I said “para fumar”, so he offered a pack of cigarettes. Finally, he got another clerk to come over and I went through the drill again. This time the guy lights up (no pun intended) and says, “Ah! TABAC!”.

There is no desire by the Republocrats to deport them; what you are seeing is attempts to get them into the tax (and Social Security) system, and now the auto insurance sector. They are being trafficked here as consumers (of housing, public education, and goods), and nobody is going to be deporting them.
In the northeast whole towns would be ghost towns without them, and the public sector employees won’t stand for that.
These tactics are designed to get them into the auto insurance marketplace, not out of the country. A friend described an illegal coworker who somehow had taxes withheld from his paycheck; the invader assured him that as long as that was done there would never be any attempt to deport him - and he was right. They are being trafficked to replace the natural population growth that isn’t occurring from Americans.
I suspect it is to try to “normalize” them while circumventing immigration laws (giving them a real American ID). Banks are already letting them open accounts, states are giving them licenses, somebody is providing housing for them, and basically they are going to live here as though they are Mayflower stock.
