Deming’s Reese family gets probation for firearms crimes, attorney says
The father, mother and son who owned a gun store in Deming and were convicted of making false statements on firearms purchase forms will not spend any more time in jail for their crimes.
Wednesday a federal judge sentenced Rick Reese, his wife Terri Reese and their son Ryin Reese to three years probation. The judge ruled that the jail time they served prior to trial was sufficient. Before the trial that convicted them, Rick Reese and Ryin Reese served about 17 months in jail. Terri Reese served about seven months. Court documents state Federal prosecutors had asked for five-year sentences.

Travesty
Just went for some back story on this one. There is no fate too horrible for some of the federal scum infesting this country.
