Fulk, 55, of Goff Road in King, is charged with misdemeanor simple assault, according to an arrest warrant. she made physical contact... at the very least shouldn't she should be charged with battery?

Well the fact that she used herbal tea negates the assault charges. But only a Dem can get away with that method, if a Rep did that they would throw them in jail and toss out the key.
