The article you linked says there have been lulls like this one during this outbreak and officials are quoted throughout tbe article as saying to they don’t think this is over. And yesterday news of devastating loss of life in rural Sierra Leone in communities that had not been previously impacted.

In these communities I can see people avoiding hospitals. If you go there you die. If you die there you are cremated, contrary to religious customs.

And at the end, the guy from Uganda. All he has to do is take it home and we have a whole new outbreak.

Do I hope for the best outcome, you better believe it. Am I cautious, even moreso. Do I think our government has endangered us out of some silly political correctness, without doubt.
