Once again an idiot speaks. Violence committed using guns is 100% controllable. It js a behavior issue. Ebola is wild. It can completely wipe out masses of population indiscriminately. There is no cure and the mortality rate is 70%.

the left hates guns solely because it gives people the power to protect themselves without the need for government. It also prevents all out tyranny. Both are currently being eroded.

Yes...you and the other liberals, black and white, are racists. Black men shot and killed by each other in large metros don’t matter and are generic to you. Only if shot by a white man do they then matter and have a name. You are a racist as is the naacp and your commie cronies.

If David Axelrod lived in Liberia, where the statistical average was 500 Ebola deaths to each gunshot victim....he might say otherwise. Course, it’s 100 Ebola deaths to each machete victim. And it’s probably around 40 Ebola deaths to each person who dies by snake-bite/lion attack/elephant stomping.

The liberals’ version of “Squirrel” when they have no defense for this government’s abysmal performance thus far in addressing a real threat from Ebola.

Abysmal isn’t even enough to describe it. Not only have the primary agencies one would think could do a competent and credible job protecting us from Ebola miserably failed with their public communication, ‘protocols’ and the childish behavior of its ‘volunteers’, the top hierarchy chooses to double-down on stupidity and punish state governments for acting responsibly.

There is a reason why these catchy new phrases like “The Ebola President,” “Obola,” and “Ebama” proliferate; and it is not because gun violence (as if a gun has any demeanor at all).

The horrible thing about the term “gun violence” is that it deliberately equates legitimate, legal, and moral use of a firearm in self-defense and/or defense of others with criminal abuse of one to, for example, commit murder. Remember, both the heroic police officer’s shooting of the terrorist and traitor Nidal Hasan and his murder of 13 people were “gun violence.” Campaigns against “gun violence” are inherently evil because they all end up being against self defense and for criminal enablement.

its all in the ‘rules for radicals’...most if not all fit the bill of gun control

The rules[1]
1.“Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have.” Power is derived from 2 main sources – money and people. “Have-Nots” must build power from flesh and blood.
2.“Never go outside the expertise of your people.” It results in confusion, fear and retreat. Feeling secure adds to the backbone of anyone.
3.“Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy.” Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.
4.“Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules.
5.“Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon.” There is no defense. It’s irrational. It’s infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions.
6.“A good tactic is one your people enjoy.” They’ll keep doing it without urging and come back to do more. They’re doing their thing, and will even suggest better ones.
7.“A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.” Don’t become old news.
8.“Keep the pressure on. Never let up.” Keep trying new things to keep the opposition off balance. As the opposition masters one approach, hit them from the flank with something new.
9.“The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.” Imagination and ego can dream up many more consequences than any activist.
10.“If you push a negative hard enough, it will push through and become a positive.” Violence from the other side can win the public to your side because the public sympathizes with the underdog.
11.“The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.” Never let the enemy score points because you’re caught without a solution to the problem.
12.“Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.” Cut off the support network and isolate the target from sympathy. Go after people and not institutions; people hurt faster than institutions

Statistically he is correct. Now apply the same statistical logic to automobile accidents...you would have to demand to ban cars. They are far more dangerous than Ebola and guns combined.

Yet these radicals forget that the folks who go by the rules are keeping their powder “dry” right now. Keeping their eyes on the lookout.
