“Nashville has that Ethiopian restaurant. Ive never eaten there, but when I think about what Ethiopian food must be like, I imagine very very small servings”
I always joke about going to Ethiopian means you sit around with no food while swatting flies off your face, but in all seriousness, try it out. I love ethiopian food, it is a little different as there is no silverware. They have this spongy flat bread kind of thing, and you tear off chunks and use the bread to scoop up bites of the different array of dishes they put before you. It is fun, and some of the stuff is really good and spicy.

Ethiopian food is quite good. It doesn’t look like much, various bits of spicy glop on a large spongy pancake (injera) made of teff, the grain of Ethiopia.
Teff has a wonderful complex flavor, and the bits of glop are eaten from the common plate using strips of injera to hold them, in much the same way an Indian would use naan.
Give it a try, and let me know what you think!

You really know how to paint an appetizing picture. Who wouldn’t want to try glop on turf injury.

This quote is from the article:
We know for certain that it is not transmitted through food, Aaron Devries of MDH told KMSP. Please help us eradicate that stigma.
No, we don't "know for certain" that is is not transmitted through food!
In fact, most medical experts believe that is one way it is transmitted.

Paris and London are closer to Liberia than a lot of places in Africa.

What ways 3 pounds and can run 30 miles an hour? An Ethiopian chicken.
What measures 22-22-22? I won’t answer that.

Oh, how sad. I feel so guilty about stereotyping these poor hardworking Liberians as potential Ebola donors. I’ll hop the next filght to Monrovia and see if I can catch it as a way of paying penance.

I had Ethiopian food once. If you like ultra-hot (spicy), then that’s a good choice.
