I've removed India from my 'bucket to-do list'; added it to my 'barf bucket' for no-goes. If Ebola gets loose in that place, the world goes to defcon 5+...

Pssst...if we in the US have known travelers with Ebola coming here then we can bet that there have already been dozens, if not hundreds, that have come to India.

Effective quarantine measures???????? Not in the USA, unfortunately. Our public health agencies don’t believe in quarantines - voluntary monitoring is what they do.

I read that it cost India $65 mil to send the probe to Mars. You can build maybe one ER center with that amount. And it will go down the crapper with no money for maintenance.
