Iowa television station KWWL-Waterloo rejected a liberal ad that showed dead and bloody Ebola bodies to illustrate its accusation that Republican-supported budget cuts contributed to the Ebola outbreak.
The Agenda Project Action Fund commercial, entitled Republican Cuts Kill Part II: Joni Ernst Wants to Cut, targeted Iowa Republican Senate candidate Joni Ernst and depicted exposed dead (and sometimes bleeding) bodies, according to KWWL. The station rejected the ad Thursday after it aired twice on other Iowa stations.
The Agenda Project Action Fund, the political arm of activist Erica Paynes New York-based Agenda Project, played on the Democratic narrative that Republicans tried to make some cuts to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the National Institute for the Humanities. After the groups ad was rejected, it sent out an email to supporters Thursday urging them to call the Waterloo television station to pressure administrators to air the commercial.

Just because it is a lie doesn’t mean they won’t run with it
O-B-O-L-A......The EBOLA President!!!!
The truth will out!!!!
They did the GOP a favor. What a moronic ad.
The Agenda Project is the same uber-lib super-pac that ran the “Republicans pushing Granny over a cliff” ads.
They are based out of 594 Broadway in NYC. The SAME address as SKDKnickerbocker, a Lib “Political Consulting, Public Relations” firm.
Run by ANITA DUNN, who was the White House Communications Director from April through November 2009, and Willian Knapp.

And incredibly he served 30 years in the Army, you would think the guy would have a *tad* more integrity than an Al Sharpton but apparently not.
Anthony Brown is not....
At some point these idiotic politicians might be so full of themselves that they will look foolish enough to be rejected by honest voters.
Kiddies... which ones of these did Democrats ask for... and which one did Republicans ask for. Riiiiight!
What a moronic concern-troll you are. Why are you on our forum, liberal?
I am NOT going away, concern-troll.
Give me a break, plenty of these Democrats are just as much into cutting the budget as the GOP they make the accusations at. Cutting budgets also doesn’t relate to common sense, ebola research should deserve to remain at about the bottom of public health issues, people allowed it to be an issue by not performing proper quarantine procedures, it wouldn’t have entered the U.S. with severe travel restrictions (health and military only) in place.
Or that there won’t be some fools gullible enough to buy it. But likely, hopefully, a small percentage are that gullible.
That’s one of those ads that can backfire and blow-up in your face.
The TV stations pulled ads in 2012 that painted Steve King as a supporter of dog fighting.

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.
The purpose of the Bring Out Your Dead ping list (formerly the Ebola ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
So far the false positive rate is 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the Bring Out Your Dead threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
