Rush was talking about a speaker telling black audiences to don’t worry about voting and don’t worry about voting in your precinct. Just show up where every you like and then raise cain if you aren’t allowed to vote. That is the idea, to claim discrimination to discredit the validity of elections in NC. I guess if they aren’t registered, there will be no proof of residence or eligibility to vote in a certain precinct. If the black people don’t mind looking like fools for the cause, lying etc., it might work. A crooked man can devise more schemes than an honest man ever imagines. Once done, honest men address the last scheme and the crook is on to another undetected one. Good crooks are smart.
