I think I know how this happened. If you read any lefty blog they tend to mock his credentials due to him being part of a certification group that certified him. Some of the dumber lefties don’t realize cert boards don’t make you a doctor. So they mock him not realizing he is one.
She probably was one of those folks.

I’d settle for somebody who isn’t ideologically leftist for once. In this case there would not have been a genetic inclination to direct sarcasm toward a prominent Republican for no reason whatsoever.

To answer her question: Rand Paul became a doctor in 1988. That took maybe 10 seconds to find.
