A toxic president

Chalk it up to karma, fate or bad luck. Whatever you call it, the Ebola scare is proof that Bad Things Happen to Bad Presidents.

The morphing of what is a single case into near panic is, according to medical experts, unwarranted. They point out that, so far, one person from Liberia died in a Texas hospital and two nurses who treated him got sick. Period, end of panic.

In rational and medical terms, they may be right. But their calculations omit another factor. It’s the X factor.

In this case, X stands for trust.

President Obama has spent six years squandering it, and the administration’s confusion, contradictions and mistakes on Ebola fit the pattern. This is how he rolls.

Don’t worry, there’s no chance of an outbreak, they said. Then it was, Oops, we must rethink all procedures for handling cases. Then there was no worry about a “wide” outbreak, yet quarantines for lots of people.

The irrational fear of an alien pathogen is fueled by rational suspicion of an incompetent and dishonest government....

I find it interesting that many treat Ebola as a stronger strain of the flue rather than the planet killer it has the potential to be. There is a reason that labs working with it are massively sealed and workers wear Jules Verne looking dive suits around it. Because it really is THAT dangerous.

Now granted, unwarranted panic is never good and can be a hell of a manipulative tool. But this isn’t the common cold. Nothing about Ebola is unwarranted. And considering the sheer vindictiveness and agenda driven actions of the DC crowd, I think everyone is crazy to NOT be panicky.

The virus may not spread very far here, but the economic damage will be extensive. Just for one example, it costs a lot of money for 4000 passengers on a ship to be diverted, their vacation ruined, and have the coast guard fly a helicopter out to get a blood sample for one possibly infected person. Then the cruise line will have to disinfect the whole ship. Let's see how many cruises get cancelled in the next few weeks.

All because we didn't want to restrict travel.

I feel bad for decent people that will be screwed in the economics of this.

That said, I hope the companies that played the crony/donation game with the admin get broken by this. Every last one of them. And while it will hurt a lot of people, myself included, it has to happen. Barry’s change being thrust upon them in unexpected ways is exactly what they deserve. Perhaps the companies that form to fill the void created by the economic turmoil will return to capitalistic rather than ‘social justice’/crony communist principles and we can begin the long road to real recovery.

I have no doubt that hussein and his henchmen arranged every single stop made by both Thomas Eric Duncan and Amber Vinson. It's clear that hussien's first goal was to hurt Texas. Then the flight to Cleveland by Vinson was to spread obola at the site of the GOP Convention in 2016. This can't be a coincidence but is a deliberate and malicious plot by the marxist muzzie now squatting in the White House.

That about sums it all up. We just don't trust the Obungler, or any of the brainless idiots he sends out there.

BINGO!!! This will cost Carnival at LEAST $1,000,000.00....at LEAST.....PLUS the bad publicity!!!

Thomas Duncan's care cost $500,000.00 and the hospital is losing MILLIONS because no one wants to go there anymore!!!

The travel ban SHOULD have been put in WEEKS BEFORE Duncan got to our shores!!

Bad things happen to all presidents. The difference is that most of them handled bad situations correctly. It has nothing to do with luck. Just common sense and competence and it should work out well enough. Obama could’ve shut down everything, but he doesn’t care.

Bad things? What bad things? Bringing Ebola to Europe and North America will be a huge step toward equality between Africa and the West. Once we have a few diseases like theirs, the differences between us and Africa will be smaller. Mission accomplished - as seen by the enemy in our White House.

Obama will start on Marburg and Lassa next.

Somehow I think we have only entered the opera's intro and the fat lady has yet to sing.
