The article is yet another MSN propaganda piece. By listing GUNS as number three and then admitting that the majority of gun deaths are suicide they intentionally conflate suicide with guns. Further they conflate America with individuals in America. Threats to individuals and threats to the institution are not the same. They do not treat the threats to American ideals or liberty. They ignore some non-fatal threats like being mugged or the victim of the knockout game, being audited by the IRS, getting harassed by the EPA, being wrongly accused of rape on a college campus, not getting a better paying job because of Obama-care, or asking Harry Reid a question. They also ignore threats of a more fatal nature like the 5,000 surgical murders that happen daily for those who reside in a slut-feminist’s womb.

Yes, I call BS on even placing them (Climate change and guns) on the list. How about Knives? How about the dreaded Banana peel?? Sheesh, I'm getting tired of this same old crap from the liberals.

Great post!
When I lived in California years ago, circa late 1980’s, whenever a dirtbag criminal killed another dirtbag criminal (such as a gang member), the LAPD used to call it an “NHI Crime.”
NHI = No Human Involved

I figure the biggest actual threat to my life other than when I’m out on the road is that some roided up soldier wannabes execute a no-knock warrant at my home by mistake. Out of control government is always a threat to be considered.

Did “Reverend” Al and Special Ed approve and sign off on this list? If not, it is not valid and authenticated as genuine MSNBS.

Ebola doesn’t scare me.
The way BO is handling the Ebola crisis scares the living daylights out of me!

Notice that with no known deaths from “climate change” MSN ranks it higher than the flu, which killed nearly 50,000 in 2004. What politically correct dorks.

That should tell you something about how our political system and media can distort threats, leading Americans to overreact to minor dangers while ignoring the big, challenging, divisive problems - like climate change - that we should actually be worried about.
Sigh... Anyways, since no one's posted it yet here's the cheatsheet for the most-dangerous list:
9. Ebola
8. Your furniture (This is America. We can always find ways to make a bigger, heavier, deadlier TV.)
7. ISIS (And even if it did pull off a successful attack [in the US], it would almost certainly kill only a small fraction of the number of Americans that guns and cars are virtually certain to kill every single year.)
6. The flu
5. WWIII in the Baltics (...I have no comment on this one...)
4. Climate change
3. Guns
2. Traffic accidents
1. Heart disease/cancer (tie)
