The incubation period is stated as 2 to 21 days, with most becoming symptomatic at 8 to 12 days.
Is there a link for this information?
I am not understanding what this means. Does this mean that obama is making it very easy ( on a fast track ) for many more ebola victims to come to Dallas?
ROFL
O Neg is universal donor.
We can use O+ in males so we can save the O neg for women who might get pregnant later.
Like last night, when Rick’s weaponless crew had to take out the trash at Terminus, it was quick and instant victory.
But we need our Lord to quicken our hand when necessary.
But for the grace of God, go us :)
Doing a little checking they are actually doing plasma transfusions not blood. Don’t need to cross match it, but you can only go to the well so many times. That may be why Duncan didn’t get it, Brantley was temporarily “ tapped out”.
I hear you.
A showdown is a commin’.
CORRECTION.
You still need to cross match the plasma. But it’s different from whole blood because the problem is antibodies, not red cell antigens.

What is the possibility of tranfusing ebola-inoculated blood to someone who’s never contracted it to make more antigens?
Could we all technically become donors, if we get a little of Brantly’s blood and grow the antibodies?
It doesn’t work that way. You have to get the INFECTION to produce antibody.
Cheer up though, every person who gets sick and recovers is another potential donor.....
I don’t understand the pinit thing too much. But one of her things pinned was something like “Asking my how my day at work was is like asking how being at the drive-by shooting was. I’m just glad I made it out alive.”
Prayers up for this young woman.
I hope this works. This poor woman risked her life to care for the selfish Mr. Duncan, who infected her.
She loves Charleston, SC and has vacationed there in the past. Get well soon, Ms. Pham. May the Lowcountry welcome you back again.

Its the least he could do. When Dr. Brantly was brought here it gave a lot of desperate people the idea that if you can get to the US you will be okay.
I saw an ad for a new movie (Fury?). He’s in it. It just went on to my ‘gotta see’ list.
LOL! A skinny, nerdy Shane!
Poor old Shane...the crazy went deep and he needed to go, but I do miss him.
Quoting FRPR "Mojohemi" - December 30, 2007
I love humanity but, the federal government is deliberately turning a blind eye on the dangers marching across the border. Death and Disease coming over the border and who would know the difference.... it is a miracle someone has not been infected with a deadly disease and spread it all across America ...
... you also must speak out to stop the people that have not be checked by doctors from entering and Possibly spreading a plague in America.
The news article includes
"99 illegal [aliens] arrested [as ...] federal agents swarmed meatpacking plant"
"hog and chicken confinement plants ... promise a decent wage and better life"
