Since America has now been declared a Gay Marriage zone, these perversions must be included in the next wave of attacks on our Judea-Christian values:

Federal Courts absolutely have the right from the Supremacy Clause to Marbury v. Madison and beyond.

Federal courts have no right to usurp the Constitution.

I don’t believe this is Constitutional (gay “marriage”) so I disagree with the rulings.

Choosing the rule of law prevents the rule of man. The Constitution is the Rule of Law in the United States, as confirmed by the Supremacy Clause. The Socialists reject the Constitution and instead opt for "positive law", which you seem to acquiesce to, which says that if its a law then it is valid. That is the rule of man: that any "law" that a majority of Socialists in Congress or on the Supreme Court or singularly as President can conjure up is valid. THAT is tyranny. The only thing standing between us and tyranny is the Constitution, the Rule of Law in the U.S.
