But, of course, you have no proof that he did (Comcast could always release the customer service tapes, but we know based on other recordings on youtube, they really don't want any more evidence of their poor customer service out there). But at least you are staying on message for the Comcast PR department.
One of the versions of the story indicated he did. That is the basis for my judging him an idiot.
