Recording a therapy session is REALLY questionable. The attorney that recommended it is not named, there may be some ethics questions to be asked, but like most everything...if there are publicists involved this is not a true story. It may have elements of truth in it, but I would advise everyone to take it in the same way we take a Gloria Allred story.
