I pressure wash around my home a couple times a year. My pants and shoes are a soggy mess afterwards, with the debris kicked up caking the lower part of my pants. Same for these guys, I would suspect the vomit debris got kicked up and spread around.
My sympathies are with both.
Blame is with governments that refuse to stop air travel.
Virtually everyone tries to leave unless an armed guard is waiting outside.
So would I try to leave in case there were active pathogen still in the house that I hadn't yet come into contact with.

I’m so worried about the Dallas Cowboys.
It’s only fair that all continents suffer from ebola, you know.
Equalite, fraternite et egalite, n’ce pas?
And what is to happen with their waste — biological and otherwise?
“the only way hell ever rent it again is to lie.”
Plenty of illegals who don’t read/hear/understand the news will rent.
In the ebola treatment unit at Emory, they were disinfecting the patients' bodily waste before releasing it into the municipal system.
lol...I couldn’t figure it out either.
But what about the waste of those quarantined in the apartments?
Sounds like they’re caged up in the apartment with no additional precautions being taken.
“...The quarantined partner of Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan should be moved with her family out of the Texas apartment where Duncan became sick with the virus and where his sweat-stained sheets were still on the bed, the Dallas County director of homeland security said....”

According to your picture in post 29, I would surmise that there are three (3) new ebola cases! No bio suits, no containment, no bleach sprayers, NOTHING, but cheap, turd world labor spraying trillions of virus particle around.
Dallas’ sewage system has already been contaminated. Sewage plant workers had better be warned of this fact.
Now what?
One poster on the reuters article quoted on THE BLAZE, said that the apartment complex management hung up when asked about decontamination.
FWIW:
“...Could this spread through a sewer system?
The answer is no. This is not going to happen. Enveloped viruses like Ebola are not hardy enough to survive in the sewer system. In addition to their fragility, there is a tremendous dilution factor. The available evidence supports the idea that infection is only by direct contact with body fluids of an infected person....”
Locked in the infected apartment with others that were exposed and possibly infected, while maintenance workers are outside aerosolizing infected vomit without protective gear or area containment.
An absolute hellish nightmare worthy of a Twilight-Zone episode. Municipal, County, State, and mostly Federal officials have not only dropped the ball but have wildly hit it into a deep, deep water hazard.
You can’t make this stuff up, no ones mind is warped enough to write this plot. No one is at the reigns of government anymore and we are just sitting here gape mouthed watching the stampede.
Ooooooooh, I feel better, already.
