The last time strict, forced quarantine was used in this country was for the control of TB. That ended late 50s to early 60s. Before it ended, suspected cases were forced to stay at sanatoriums run by the state untill they received a clean bill of health.
Also, Ellis Island and other points of entry had forced quarantine of suspect disease carriers. None of this is done now, and can not be done under existing law.
“monitoring” suspected cases is not quarantine.
When all these people get sick—Obama can cancel the elections—due to the crisis. 100 years of Democrat rule! What state better to punish than Texas?
