You’ve notice that too! In my experience, most of them don’t. The mamas have a whole lot of “papas,” and they can’t remember who the actual fathers are.

Overkill? So if he had just killed him a little everything would be cool?

Racist generalizations much?

That is the rule, rather than the exception in Alameda County.

“My son was somebody”.
Uhmmm....
So, you are suing for a pittance of $500,000?
Seems to me he was a robber, who’s actions could have had very dire consequences for his victims, even by accident.
He couldn’t work forba living and pay taxes?

Only in LibtardLand would it be so considered - elsewhere that would be called a statistically validated observation.

No just 74 years of life’s observations. Wish that it were not so, but sadly it is!

$500k for wrongful death... that’s a number begging for settlement.
Any ambulance chaser worth his faux lizard shoes would be asking for millions if there was a case here.
Oh, and by the way, a fact omitted by the article: Brown and his accomplice were armed in addition to wearing masks.
The surviving robber and their get away driver were both charged with felony murder for participating in a pre-planned felony resulting in a death (Brown). Ain’t that a b$#@#... your homey gets popped by Barney off duty and you catch a homicide.

It's called stereotyping. You just made it racist. Don't turn stereotypes into racism. They are completely different.
