I suggest that he learned of righteous hatred by studying the Koran. At the foundation of the Koran (and Mohammed) is righteous hatred.
Obama doesn't know why hatred pours out of him...but it does and it feels good. It feels natural and righteous.
Last I heard nobody was being raped, tortured, beheaded or pulled apart with vehicles in Ferguson.
