I was laid off twice during the current regime. During Reagan’s administration? Uh, no. I’m also working two jobs now. Thanks, communists.
Personally I am better off. My business is thriving and I’m expanding to Europe. However I took a brutal hit with the inoculation of King Putt I. With some shoe-leather, some luck, and years of hard work I finally recovered. I don’t have a family to feed and can live really cheap. However. I have friends and family that are NOT better off. In fact a majority of my friends are worse off than they’ve ever been.
Fact. He knows the state of the economy. He knows gas prices are still higher by double, real unemployment is at least twice the reported figure. No need to list it all!

that would be a BIG negative! far better off the way it ‘USED’ to be! with this current regime the wife’s job got the ax and closed up shop and we have had to file bankruptcy 3.5 yrs ago to avoid foreclosure on our home that I/we have been paying on for over 10 yrs. my mortgage company has been sold and changed more times than i change my underwear it seems! NOW after finishing paying off my ch 11, EARLY i might add and paying off all accrued debt the ‘current’ mortgage company is ONCE AGAIN trying to get my “stay of release’ removed so they can TRY TO FORECLOSE again BECAUSE in four years of bankruptcy a few of my payments have been ‘LATE’!! (mortgage payed outside of bankruptcy payments) and just for the record i am 42 and married 24 years 2 daughters(1 grown and gone) take care of my disabled mother for the past 11 years and have never missed a day of work since i started public jobs at 16! so NO I AM FAR WORSE OFF NOW THAN BEFORE! the current regime CANNOT leave fast enough for me!! now that i have told my life story i must go to work. have a blessed day all!

Uh NO! Four years ago in June I had to finally close my business of 17 years due to overwhelming regulations, paperwork, license fess and ongoing requirements. Thank you Dodd Frank.
