It may not be Cruz or some another Hispanic but it WILL happen, just wait a few years and the new voting block of Hispanic demodummies will indeed elect one of their won.
Ask yourself which race is growing faster than any other in this country. Odds are also good that the newly elected POTUS will probably be a demodummie.

It's going to be like with blacks--the conservative ones (Clarence Thomas, Thomas Sowell, Herman Cain, Charles Payne, etc.) don't count. A Hispanic will only be authentic if he or she is a left-winger.
Maybe Hillary will sign up for Ancestry.com and discover that "Rodham" was originally "Rodriguez"--in time for her 2016 race.

Perhaps no one will find it as hard to grasp the significance of a Latino president than Hispanics whose overall mood is likely to be awash with pride but shaded with angst in trying to find a deeper meaning. Since when does "deeper meaning" in one's life come from the accomplishments of OTHERS?
