Unlike the gang symbols and 40s left on his “memorial”.
What difference does it make?
Community still coming to grips with why Michael Browns body was left in the street
Give it a fricken rest. Not enough rioting already?
Since they can’t read, they have to wait for someone to tell them. They don’t trust police or whites, so there’s no one to tell them.
My intelligence analyst course started with map reading (which isn’t as easy as everyone thinks it is) taught by a near-deaf artillery E-5. Flunk that and you’re on your way to food service specialist school.
Chris Stevens and his guards were white.
Read the other posts here.
Investigations take time. That it was only four hours surprises me a bit. It could have been longer. If they had quickly scooped up the body and whisked it away, they would have been crying about a "coverup!" and complained that the cops didn't care about gathering proper evidence in order to protect one of their own. Then this thread would've been about that instead.
True, but Chris was the gay.
Surely there must be some outrage somewhere!(I mean other than conservative outrage, bc clearly their outrage matters not)
I don’t care if he fornicated with aardvarks, did he do a good job in the foreign service and why was he left to die?
It’s the only thing we can all agree on. It was terribly wrong to not have the body covered.
Probably police procedure. And they did cover the body, look upstream in this thread.
My guess is that he knew too much of what was actually going on there.
Not only was he left to die, his body was left to be displayed and paraded around by his torturers and killers, which, in my mind, is much worse than the Gentle Thug’s body being left where it was dropped while an investigation was ongoing.
On top of that, there has been no grand jury to determine fault or hold any one at all accountable in Steven’s death or the deaths of his protectors.
He and those who tired to save him were tossed overboard.
Yet people rioted and marched and whined and pissed and moaned in this country over a ***damn violent bastard being killed justifiably by a cop who was defending himself from said violent bastard.
America is so utterly backwards, vet.
God help us.
Basically add another one to both Barack and Hillary’s lists. Both are very long.
There was a crime committed at that scene?
Chief Jackson does not have some standing agreement with St. Louis County to assume lead in these investigations. It was done at the request of Chief Jackson to promote transparency and impartiality but they are under no mandate to bring St. Louis County in. The governor was not and is not consulted on these matters, they are local and if anyone was consulted it was the St. Louis County Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
The reason it took so long was not because of the delay of the County Crimes Against Person Unit, who was tied up at St. Anthony’s hospital, a good 20 miles away or that the livery service was late (it was there in 25 minutes).
It was because of the crowd of people, many of which did know Michael Brown but used this as excuse to air grievances and just act in their typical overly emotional manner.
Yes, a police officer was assaulted.

Ah, right you are!
Reports were that the body was uncovered for upwards of three hours.
