Thank you for posting this. I’ve been very curious that nobody has been questioning the use of ISIL vs ISIS by this administration. It is obvious that it is very deliberate but something the media seems to gloss over.
I’ve been wondering why only the Obama admin is referring to it as ISIL, nobody else seems to.
...seemed like a message to me.
The answer is yes, it does matter and I've not read the article to see if the article agrees.
