This adds considerable uncertainty to the mid-term and long-term projections, EIA said. Meaning that if one wishes to be realistic, what will happen cannot be predicted.
It is a sure thing that if demand was allowed to drive supply, as it would in a world without libtards, socialists and communists, energy disruptions (and their repercussions) would be less frequent and less severe.

Yeah but what did Tesla capture during some of his experiments? Energy from his high frequency generator. He was using wireless energy transmission, not magic energy creation.
It works, but it has greater losses than wired transmission, not to mention the effects on living beings if it had been ramped up to the sizes he imagined.

If you look at total refined petroleum products, the decline stopped a few years ago.
If you look at total liquids, as the article has discussed, it has gone up and down in that time, still down from the peak but not a continuous trend.

When the price of liquid fuel goes high enough the environs will be tarred and feathered if they are lucky and burned at the stake if they are not.
