You need to expand your horizons! Just kidding.

Your comment was very funny. I’d prefer oatmeal too.

Nothing in the article supports your case

I eat wheat, I get heartburn. I don’t, I never get heartburn. 20 years of having a Tums bottle in every room of the house was enough for me. Done with wheat.

And some things change. I went to a primal or paleo diet 4 years ago this month. When I tried to have wheat on a birthday in between then and now, I had the worst night digestively. I’m done with gluten for life. I can eat food that was prepared near wheat, or the same knife, or even have a tiny bit of wheat in something, where your wife cannot, but I am now sensitive to it where I wasn’t before. And I am suddenly very allergic to macadamia nuts when in prior times I could eat them in large quantities and loved them.

Any given oil has roughly 125 calories per tablespoon. There’s two tablespoons per ounce...that means an 8-oz bottle comes out to about 2000 calories.

About page 8 it mentioned that excess metals are stored in the bile and recycled. Perhaps you could describe in more detail what you have questions about.

But there is no support for your position. In addition it says that they have low concentrations due to low Enterohepatic circulation.
