I told my Boss (who got a Leaf) I’d need 14K miles/year lease in order to drive the Leaf every day to work (40 mile round trip). He said he asked Nissan how much that would be and that was only “$10 more per month”... $120/year to drive an extra 4,000 miles.
They didn’t even add the cost of the “free charging” for the extra 4K miles for the first two years.
Nissan’s accountants must use some kind of common core math.
