White House official: The Islamic State is the next administration’s problem
Hotair ^ | 09/04/2014 | Noah Rothman

The word of the day is “deliberate.”

On Thursday morning, White House Deputy National Security Advisor Tony Blinken said that the Obama administration is seeking to combat the Islamic State threat, as it executes one “terrorist attack” after another against the United States, in a “deliberate” fashion. That’s a far more generous way of confessing to near paralytic dithering.

Last week, President Barack Obama admitted that his administration does not “have a strategy yet” for attacking the Islamic State in its Syrian stronghold. On Wednesday, noting in the same speech that his administration would seek to “destroy” ISIS and/or “shrink” it into a “manageable problem,” he revealed that he does not really even have a single objective in mind for how to deal with the Islamic State.

The White House has begun to push back on an increasingly panicked press, the members of which appear to have come to the reluctant conclusion that there is no hand on the tiller, noting that both can be true: You can “shrink,” “degrade,” make “manageable,” and eventually “destroy” ISIS. While this may be true, the words of the president and his subordinates leave the listener with the impression that this is a policy being crafted on the fly.

Blinken told MSNBC’s Morning Joe that the United States is stalling on responding forcefully to crimes against humanity and the United States committed by ISIS because they are attempting to build a robust international coalition. “We’ve got to look before we leap,” he said. “We tried the opposite a decade ago, and that didn’t help us very much in the Middle East.”

Nearly six years after George W. Bush left the White House, the Obama White House has been completely unable to even approach his ability to craft an international coalition.

When OTaupe-a sent money and weapons to the JV rebels in Syria, it all went to ISIS. He and Hillary know this.

This administration will only apply itself to problems that benefit the President’s political party.

If - at any time - there are no problems of that nature, this administration will manufacture one.

Problems that cannot be made to function to the benefit of the President’s political party will be left to a future administration.

Any criticism of this doctrine is an expression of racism.

The White House has begun to push back on an increasingly panicked press,

They SHOULD be panicked. They are almost entirely responsible for getting him elected and putting us into this mess in the first place.

They are panicked because the low-infos are finally starting to figure that out.

So everything since Obama was inaugurated is "Bush's fault" but everything after the next guy's inaugurated is the "Next guy's fault."

What an interesting legacy for the history books this person will leave.

.... Obama's got a "limited strategy"....but it applies only to Iraq, Syria, Libya, Egypt, Turkey, Afghanistsn, Iran and Greater Gaza AKA Israel. His "strategy" is to avoid attacking his Islamic terrorist pals, and to covertly subsidize the caliphate. Obama's only real setback is Egypt where Pres Morsi drove Obama's Muslim Brotherhood confreres out of Egyptian politics.....

These Foreign U.S. Allies Just Did Something Major Behind Obama’s Back, And He Will NOT Be Happy
westernjournalism.com ^ | august 26, 2014 | norvell rose / FR Posted by lowbridge

“The Obama administration did not know ahead of time about the highly unusual military intervention….” That’s how the Washington Post describes a recent series of airstrikes in the Libyan capital of Tripoli by Egypt and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The secret attacks, according to the New York Times, were aimed at Islamist-allied militias battling for control of Tripoli; and they represent “a major escalation of a regional power struggle set off by Arab Spring revolts.” In what could be a sign of increasingly strained international relations, the Times also reports:

The United States, the officials said, was caught by surprise: Egypt and the Emirates, both close allies and military partners, acted without informing Washington, leaving the Obama administration on the sidelines. Some observers note that both the UAE and Egypt appear to be doing more to combat the rise of Islamist extremism than the United States. (Excerpt) Read more at westernjournalism.com ...

===============================================

ANALYSIS Egypt? Giving Obama the finger? That's no surprise. They've done it before. In the post-Morsi era, Gen al Sisi (now Egyptian president) refused to take Obama's phone call---b/c Obama wanted al Sisi to leave the M/B alone.

Brilliant strategist, al Sisi, proceeded to smash the M/B and throw them out of Egyptian politics....he vowed to rebuild the 65 Christian churches the M/B had torched.

==============================================

POINTS TO PONDER:

<><> The Sharia government of Brunei – whose Sultan has been on the receiving end of Hollywood protesters for his ownership stake in the Beverly Hills Hotel – has made significant contributions to the Bill and Hillary's tax-exempt Clinton Foundation. ...

<><> Brunei’s Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah isn’t the only Muslim fundamentalist with connections to both Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

<><> As Shoebat.com reported last year, Muslim Brotherhood member Gehad al-Haddad was arrested in Egypt.....Gehad (means jihad in Farsi) al Haddad was Chief of Staff to the Deputy Supreme Guide of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt...AT THE SAME TIME al-Haddad was an employee of the tax-exempt Clinton Foundation.

<><> In addition to al-Haddad, Hillary’s very close and longtime aide Huma Abedin is strongly connected to the Muslim Brotherhood. Abedin’s mother is a leader with the Muslim Sisterhood and one of her co-leaders is the wife of imprisoned former President of Egypt, Mohammed Mursi, who is also a member of Muslim the Brotherhood.

=================================================

It should be remembered that while Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood was in charge in Egypt, Obama and Hillary showered them with praise, and provided billions of dollars in aid, arms, tanks and planes.

============================================

Egypt unceremoniously threw Morsi and the Muslim Brotherhood out of Egyptian politics.... and hasn’t forgotten the support offered to the Muslim Brotherhood.

Egypt has now charged Obama and Hillary Clinton for conspiring and collaborating with the M/B and advancing their terrorist activities. Hillary's employee, al Haddad, is also sitting in an Egyptian jail (ready to talk?). (reported by H/T Western Journalism).

Since he wants to shrink it to a “manageable problem” and not eliminate it he has lost all claim to be president and should resign at once.
