That’s always been his way, even when the states that don’t like him are going through floods and multi-acre wild fires, Obama stays away. He is only ‘president’ if you approve of his every word, deed or lack thereof. Obama likes not to be questioned by a mere voter.

Even if Obama has gotten back to above the break-even level in the Keystone State, which is highly unlikely, the statement that he is "still popular" there would be false, because he clearly wasn't popular during the year's first five months. He'd better stick to Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, and PSU at State College.
George Wallace accurately described the Keystone State as "Philidelphia and Pittsburgh with Alabama in between".
Some of us--in the good "red" part of the state--call it Pennsyltucky.
