MA AG Candidate Warren Tolman Waves the Bloody Shirt; demands "fingerprint trigger locks"

Greetings from a regular reader in Massachusetts. Just wanted to call your attention to some sneaky tactics being perpetrated by Warren Tolman, Democratic candidate for Massachusetts Attorney General. Tolman is running 30-second TV ads where he solemnly vows to get tough on gun violence and violence against women. In the ad he makes reference to a 1994 shooting at two Brookline, Massachusetts abortion clinics and his record of helping to pass buffer zone legislation to “protect women exercising their right to choose.”

He then goes on to promise that he will require finger print trigger locks on “new guns sold”. See what he’s doing there? Tying the false narrative of rampant gun violence in Massachusetts (and the rest of America) with women’s right to have an abortion! Unfortunately, the low-information and über liberal voters who comprise a vast majority of the population in this State will swallow this bovine excrement hook, line and sinker.

He wants to protect murderers from vigilante justice — there has got to be an easier way to go about it.

So if the man of the house has a gun and he isn’t home his wife and/or daughter can’t use it to protect their lives? Good thinking!

Yup,he’s the one on TV boasting that he passed the abortion mill “buffer zones” that were just declared unconstitutional by SCOTUS.If you’re proposing legislation that’s shot down by SCOTUS doesn’t that mean that you’re doing something *wrong*????

We scientists will get around to those trigger locks as soon as we perfect the way more important “liberal exterminate-o- disruptor”.

With an infinite capacity magazine.

And no stun position.

I miss the rule of law - “shall not be infringed” used to mean something.

Doing this to police firearms would sure do something to prevent officers from being shot by their own weapons when taking suspects into custody.

putting aside the gun issue for a moment, he’s using the playbook Katherine clark just successfully used. he says the word woman about five times in 30 seconds. clark attacked men ferociously in her bid and won.

All liberals will have to keep their cigarettes, car keys, and wallet locked up 24/7 (or when not in use) in 3, separate, fingerprint lock boxes.

If, after one year, they are still cool with the idea of mandating, by law, that harmless, inanimate objects be locked up then I”m willing to force them to do it for another year.

Using a technique discovered in the infancy of television and radio, one can ‘program’ human beings rather simply.

It doesn’t even matter if the ‘issue’ makes logical sense.

as someone that has had a member of family while serving as a police officer shot in the line of duty with his service weapon (survived) that minimal advantage is far outweighed by the abject failure of all the scanner systems thus far tried in the real world.

Battery failure alone makes it a useless, of not why do all our EO sighted rifles have back up sights ?

You been around this God forsaken state long enough to know that Masshole Moonbat Pols are in the game for themselves and to massage their egos. The truly successful do a stretch at Club Fed.

Warren needs the AG’s job to protect his interests in the burgeoning gaming industry in Massachusetts.

Yeah, I know he “dumped” his 40% position in Fast Strike Games, which specializes in interactive games for state lotteries. So he’s out of the game (wink, wink) and now as pure as any hypocrite progressive in Massachusetts can be.
