Would somebody please analyze and identify ISIS’ TACTICAL MANEUVERS in overcoming bases, checkpoints, cities, etc? Their tactics must be dissected and DEFEATED. Response to mortar positions must be met with CLUSTER BOMB AIRSTRIKES.. F/A-18’s AT THE READY!

I read and saw videos of ISIS using a Drone to survey that big Syrian airbase they captured.
After having a look at the tape, about 90 men attacked the fence, nothing fancy, just using sniper fire to keep heads down, then a mad dash...WWI style from what I could see they took quite a few causalities.
I thing they rely on the cowardice of their opponents.. the way Arabs fight.. RUN AWAY Quick

The CIC is working on it...however, between fundraisers, golf and vacations there isn't a lot of time left over for him to actually do his job.
