Buchanan: Obama Will 'Set the Country Completely on Fire' with Executive Amnesty by Labor Day
brietbart ^ | 24 Aug 14 | IanHanchett

On the Friday broadcast of “The McLaughlin Group,” columnist Pat Buchanan predicted that President Obama would grant amnesty to illegal immigrants via executive order by Labor Day and that such an action would “set the country completely on fire.”

After Washington Examiner Chief Congressional Correspondent Susan Ferrechio argued that “Democrats could gain from Hispanic voters turning out, especially if the president decides to take key executive actions in this summer that would help Hispanics who are here in the country, perhaps living here illegally. That could boost popularity for the party,” Buchanan responded “executive amnesty will set the country completely on fire. I do agree, it might get out the Hispanic vote, but you will have red state Democrats denouncing the president for doing it, for engaging in unconstitutional action. It would be a tremendous firestorm which would really polarize the nation.”

“set the country completely on fire.”

Nothing else has, why should this?

I share your sentiment. Unless border state governors deploy their own National Guard under Title 35 of the US Code, there is nothing ordinary citizens can do against the behemoth.

Buchanan has started adoring Obama on McLaughlin every week. He and Eleanor may be a pair soon. You heard it here first.

”Arizona, New Mexico and Texas, perhaps. But what about Moonbeam Brown and California? “

I thought California already had their portion of the fence built during Bush’s term.

Can the National Guard actually do anything to an illegal border crosser? Probably not.

The Guard will hand them over to ICE who then hands them over to DHS for a tax-payer funded flight somewhere further into the US.

Instructions on how to innocently approach Guardsmen are probably being distributed (en espanol) to would-be crossers South of the Non-Border.

It’s no surprise that big businesses are in support of Obama’s amnesty.

The media is censoring it, gee I wonder why. You can find them protesting though on Youtube and through some of the foreign press.

>>But he will do it because he can and nobody will stop him.<<

Not so, Boehner has file a lawsuit against the occupier of the oval office.

We should see some results....oh, around 2020.

“Amnesty will cost the democrats dearly.”

No it won’t. Maybe a couple of senate seats, but that’s about it. Democrats will still have an automatic 250+ electoral votes for the general.

I think it depends on the business.

Big agriculture would certainly like it. They can pay low wages, and let the government pick up the differential necessary for survival in benefits. It’s good for hotels needing chambermaids.

But, other businesses... I’m not so sure. The ones that need skilled help don’t really benefit all that much from having illegals with low likelihood of sticking around.

Floating obama’s illegal amnesty out there is the equivalent as a nurse, as she is about to stick a needle in your arm...”Now this is going to sting a little”

I don’t know how old I thought he was, but I think 75 is older than I thought he was.

Reading about his wife’s Parkinson’s reminded me that he supported fetal stem cell research.

If he ran tomorrow he would still get 97% of the black vote - which is a disgrace

Why do you say it's a disgrace?

Finding out the truth is not disgraceful. The truth is that the 21st century is going to be entirely about race, race wars are going to scourge the face of the planet, and Obama's 97% are very well aware of this and are acting accordingly.

It's unfortunate, it's not what we learned in school - but it's reality. It's not disgraceful for voters to act in their best interest.

Nathan Bedford's first Maxim of American politics (all politics in America is not local but ultimately racial) heretofore has had application largely limited to efforts by Democrats to gain electoral advantage, often done with great success. Recently, however, we have seen racial politics exploited to permit the government to behave illegally and unconstitutionally which is of course precisely what is happening at our southern border and what the Democrats have threatened to do respecting amnesty.

We have also seen the exploitation of racial politics bent to achieve extralegal, illegal and unconstitutional power over government to advantage one race over another. Recently, in Ferguson, Missouri we have seen racial mobs effect the removal of one legally constituted police force with another and attempt to remove a legally constituted prosecutor for another. On a more subtle level, we have seen pressure groups force affirmative action in universities and in government contracts as well as by extortions of large corporations.

Pat Buchanan, who is so the right about so many matters, predicts a general amnesty of some sort and a violent reaction across the country. Jim Noble, who is also often right about so many matters, implies that Obama and his administration are deliberately lighting the fires of a race war.

There is nothing in Obama's heritage, biography, associations, writings, record, or his administration which would suggest otherwise. It is analogous to later stages in a guerrilla war in which leftists move from one modality to another, from guerrilla activity to more conventional warfare, for example, as they move to seize power. It is perfectly believable that Obama is consciously ramping up the process and applying it to race.

That’s what his and Alinsky’s and those other anti-American Liberals agenda had been all along. Trouble is, you play with fire you’re liable to get burnt.
