A federal judge has ordered the Justice Department to provide Congress with a list of documents that are at the center of a long-running battle over a failed law enforcement program called Operation Fast and Furious.
In a court proceeding Wednesday, U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson set an Oct. 1 deadline for producing the list to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
The Justice Department says the documents should remain confidential and President Barack Obama has invoked executive privilege in an effort to protect them from public disclosure. …

Geeeesh, finally getting around to “Fast and Furious” are we? Seems like that happened eons ago. It is going to take a very long time to get through all the current administrations scandals if it took this long to address “F&F”.
I wonder if they will respond the same way they responded to the judge’s order about Lois Lerner’s E mails?
And what was Holder’s response? Could it have been, go stick it up your a$$ white girl, you expect us to divulge criminal wrongdoing?
This is where Sharpton and Jackson would be focusing if they really, really, really cared about the young black men being murdered in America.
Guns from Holder’s “Fast and Furious” ended up back in Chicago in the hands of drug gang members. Let’s pretend we don’t see the murder rate there.
October 1 will come and go and nothing new will be revealed. I imagine an appeal of this decision will be made,
Oooooh. And what if the documents are still not provided? What happens? We all know this administration is above any of our laws or Constitution.
Even IF some dishrag like Mitt were to win the presidency whoever it may be will pull an Uncle Jerry and pardon all involved in the malfeasance so we can all move forward or some such blather.

This had to go to federal court because Obama asserted Executive Privilege when it didn’t exist. The facts will show Obama obstructed justice with this move to prevent Eric Holder from being prosecuted for perjury to Congress. Obama could be impeached for that.
Who’d do the impeaching?

It's a baby step forward, but it is a step forward.
Looks like each and every document is going to be challenged, one at a time. We might get around to the meat of the matter sometime in early 2017.
