Claimed he was a reserve officer in Lakeside. Anyone know any judges in the area who would like to be able to retire?

Because we all know this family has too much money to have to obey the law.

Send him to prison and tell all the inmates that he was a cop on the outside.

He’s got potential if he moves to Travis County .... could pick up a DA job if he can fake a law degree or knows Ronnie Earl.

It seems the parents are paying even less than a third of the costs with the taxpayers picking up the vast majority.

Affluenza teen’s family only paying fraction of rehab

Ethan Couch’s parents offered to pay up to $1,200 a day for rehab after their son killed four people and injured several others in a car crash. A judge, however, has ordered them to pay much less, sticking taxpayers with the rest of the bill.

FORT WORTH, Texas (AP) — The family of a Texas teenager sentenced to probation after killing four people in a drunken-driving wreck will pay for just a fraction of his court-ordered treatment, a court official testified Friday.

Ethan Couch’s parents will be charged $1,170 a month for his treatment at the North Texas State Hospital in rural Vernon. The facility That amount would cover less than two days of treatment, which costs $715 a day, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported (http://bit.ly/1qoRLts ).

Wait!! Is the drunk killer a Republican who hates Democrats? If so, we should be SUPPORTING HIM, rather than being upset that he got off with next to no punishment.

Well, that seems to be the DEMOCRAT PLAYBOOK here in Texas when their people drive ripped.

“No. The parents are paying the bill for his rehab.”

You are incorrect. The family told the media that they would pay for treatment. Didn’t mean that it was true.

At least the judge can have a comfortable retirement.

Wow. I only remembered the parents saying they would pay the $450k for one year of rehab. .....I didn’t know that a judge changed that later.
