Caller says she has the officer's side of the Ferguson shooting

Dueling narratives

The officer who killed Brown says the teenager rushed at him full speed in the moments before the shooting, according to an account phoned in to a St. Louis radio station and confirmed by a source with detailed knowledge of the investigation.

According to the version on KFTK, phoned in by a woman who identified herself as "Josie," the altercation on August 9 began after Officer Darren Wilson rolled down his window to tell Brown and a friend to stop walking in the street.

When Wilson tried to get out of his cruiser, Brown first tried to push the officer back into the car, then punched him in the face and grabbed for his gun before breaking free after the gun went off once, the caller said.

Wilson pursued Brown and his friend, ordering them to freeze, according to the account. When they turned around, Brown began taunting Wilson, saying he would not arrest them, then ran at the officer at full speed, the caller said.

Wilson then began shooting. The final shot was to Brown's forehead, and the teenager fell two or three feet in front of Wilson, said the caller, who identified herself as the officer's friend.

A source with detailed knowledge of the investigation later told CNN the caller's account is "accurate," in that it matches what Wilson has told investigators.

The DOJ Riot Unit ̣(ommunity Relations Group?) is already there in Ferguson to goad the local animals into more rioting. Perhaps a couple of innocence determinations can enable that unit to get rioting going in the big cities, too.

The governor can always appoint a special prosecutor to go after the innocent, like Governor Scott did in appointing Corey to go after Zimmerman.

We need a few rogue signs/banners sprinkled in the “crowds” (of mostly press and LEO’s), that say “Focus on our Borders!” or “ISIS is taking over, everywhere!” or “Squirrel!”...but, I digress.

They are like Hamas. They crave to see a passle of their own neighbors and clients get killed.

So far, the only one saying MB was giving up and shot in the back is Darion Johnson, the Thug that has now admitted to robbing the store with Michael Brown.

What was Darion Johnson doing while Michael Brown was fighting with officer Darren Wilson & trying to get his gun which went off inside the vehicle during the scuffle?

So, basically all the initial accounts were 100% inaccurate. Shocking.

That’s exactly what it is because this crap doesn’t make sense, they are rioting and looting over something that happens every single day. Crook commits crime, crook gets shot by cop, end of story. I bet you 20 cases like that happened ever since this story broke, but this one causes rioting and looting? no no no, something else is going on here. This freakin’ Islamic mutt in the White house is organizing this stuff.

Well Obomber is a community organizer. Maybe he realized that that is the only thing that he is good at. He seems to be doing a good job of it.

The more militant wing of the DOJ.
Send in the thugs to stoke the fires while we call for call. Sounds like Hamas.

The story from the officers point of view seems to be consistent every time it is told.

The story from the perp’s point of view has multiple different versions, none of which is anywhere near the same.

One black woman Dem said if they don’t convict then there would be more trouble.

I guess she has not heard of evidence and the justice system, but what is scary is how people trust the media, even on here people were pushing the left talking about, but also scary is that there are people voting who vote for the likes of this woman and Obama.

“A dozen witnesses now back the cop’s story per a reporter tweet on Twitchy.
If that’s the case, the grand jury won’t even indict the cop.”

It all depends on what evidence is presented to the grand jury and what evidence is withheld. It has often been said a prosecutor can get a grand jury to indict a ham sandwich. In the current environment, if the prosecutor has any ambitions for a political career, he/she may conduct the grand jury to achieve the outcome she/he perceives will be most beneficial (or least damage) to career.

The pressure from the media, race baiters, Democrats, and federal government for an indictment of the officer has to be intense. Unfortunately our legal system has been politicized and corrupted. It no longer promotes equal justice under law or seeks to find the truth.

Any DA who stands tall, conducts a thorough and impartial investigation, and returns from the grand jury without an indictment will be pilloried by the left, the black community, and the media. Any ambitions for higher office will be dead and there will likely be demands for his/her resignation. Not to mention the wave of rioting and looting that will likely follow. How many men or women today will risk career to seek the truth?

Of course if the DA uses the grand jury process to deliver the indictment demanded by the mob, he/she will be hailed and celebrated by the media. If an innocent policeman is subsequently railroaded, convicted of a crime, and sent to prison the mob will be placated and the media can pronounce justice done. The end result will be a demonstration the legal system is completely politicized.

It is possible the policeman either used poor judgment or deliberately killed the suspect. If that is the case, an objective assessment of the facts should indicate he should be prosecuted.

In the current environment it seems highly unlikely there will be an impartial investigation and objective weighing of the evidence. The days when public servants even pretended to be honest, honorable, and virtuous are long gone.

When people lose everything and have nothing left to lose, they lose it. - Gerald Celente.

Obama let them down as he was destined to do. They know their time is short. If you live in an urban area, you should have CCW and always carry a pistol. Preferably something with 18 rounds in the handle. It’s going to get far worse and broader before it gets better. And we’re looking at 2.5 years to go.

And that doesn’t even include the Putin, ISIS, border and other issues that are only going to get worse.

See tag line.

Good point. Word posted here that the grand jury is ALREADY being convened. Autopsy? Facts? Nah. Star chamber time.
