Gee, not a bad idea. In a year or two there will be several depopulated West African nations they can be given where they can show us how well they govern themselves without our money.
Even if they were given reservations here in the US can you even imagine what this would look like or what it would be like to live there??? Be careful what you ask for....it might just be gladly given to you eventually.
