Before he was shot and killed, Michael Brown allegedly bum rushed officer Darren Wilson multiple times, punched him in the face, grabbed his gun and caused it to discharge, and even taunted Wilson, saying, "You're not going to shoot me," according to a woman who claims to know Wilson's significant other.
Last week, "Josie" called into KFTK NewsTalk 97.1 and said Wilson allegedly thought Brown was "on something" and felt Brown's actions were "unbelievable." CNN has since reported that her recollection matches what Wilson told police after the incident. "Josie" told host Dana Loesch that Wilson's "significant other told me" the account Sunday night before the riots occurred and claimed they have not been in contact with anyone since last Tuesday morning.
After saying that she was scared but wanted to get Wilson's version of the events out there, "Josie" claimed that Wilson said Brown and his friend Dorian Johnson "were walking in the middle of the street," refusing to get out of the street after Wilson asked them to do so. She said there "was some cussing involved," and Wilson "pulled up ahead of them, and he was watching them." At that point, the caller claimed Wilson got a call about a "strong-arm" robbery, and he looked in their hands and saw the cigars that Brown allegedly stole from a convenience store, according to surveillance video that was released.
"Josie" claimed when Wilson opened the door to get out of the police car, "Michael slammed his door shut." Brown, according to "Josie," then "bum rushes him, punches him in the face." She said at one point Brown "got the gun totally turned against his hip," and "Darren shoves it away and the gun goes off."(continued)

Now, I grant this isn’t a court trial, but anybody presenting she-said-he-said as evidence is a moron, including the news media. Speculative thinking is another matter and okay when presented as speculative thinking.
This testimony will have to be bracketed until supporting evidence can be assembled. It is no better than the allegations that Brown was shot with has hands up or while fleeing.

I find it impossible to believe Wilson gunned down the thug just for the hell of it.

There some serious genetic impulse control deficiency widespread in the ghetto.
(1) We are not in a court of law.

(3) The statements also match the physical evidence (autopsy, Officer’s injuries, etc.)
So while it is hearsay, and therefore not admissible barring an applicable exception, it is worthy of discussion.

2. If it matches the police report, then isn’t it the police report that’s speaking and not ‘Jolie’?
Is it really newsworthy that somebody read the police report and agrees with it? I mean it’s not like they where James Woods weighing in.

Yea, like if Jolie contended that the current police report is not the original police report would her testimony ever be relevant.

I disagree, rabbit. Her “hersay” was just about the same information of what happened as officer Wilson’s.
The way I see it, these people are not able to mentally process actual facts because most were never raised in an environment where facts mattered. It was always easier to appeal to their base instincts like food, sex, dope etc.
it’s like Idiotocracy. It’s quite frightening to deal with them because you can’t predict how they’ll react because it’s not possible to relate the state of mind of an adolescent mind wrapped in the body of an adult. They don’t understand complex ideas beyond pot, drank, weaves and how to make babies.
