I wonder about that too. Marijuana use doesn’t typically lead to aggressive physical behavior. If it was laced with something like PCP wouldn’t that have shown up on the toxicology report?

The big news here is that the witnesses lied, he was shot in the front. The marijuana in his system is a pretty meaningless finding since pot stays in your system for over a month if you smoke it regularly.

Even on FR, there are people who think that as significant facts are known, that this will some cause many of these people to pause and consider. It is, at best naive to think that, and at worse, destructive and counterproductive.

Notice how the facts have destroyed the original claim that Brown was a great kid with no problems, ready to start “college” and presumably discover a cure for cancer? A picture is now emerging of Brown as a pot-smoking, vulgar, thuggish, thieving bully.

The officer was aiming for the central body mass, because in a situation like that, you really can’t aim for specific parts. His shots were a little to the side - I read somewhere that Brown had twisted the officer’s hand or thumb when he (Brown) was trying to get the officer’s gun - and he was still aiming for the center when Brown put his head down and charged.

Charging like that is a very common fighting method for super-sized people.
