It took the aircraft 3 days to reach the North Pole? Did they stop for tea along the way?

I have trans-Lant’d and trans-Pac’d it only took a day.

A friend of mine was a general aviation pilot. He carried a gallon milk bottle, funnel, and a plastic tube. He referred to the device as a “range extender.”
