Yeah, like American taxpayers who are forced to foot the bill and unsuspecting American citizens who are exposed to XTB (extreme drug resistant TB), Chagas, Chicken Pox, virulent strains of Measles, Brain Worm - for starters (and now EBOLA).
One of my colleagues contracted chicken pox as an adult and almost died. My daughter's allergist told me new and vicious strains of chicken pox and measles are being introduced into the U.S.
So it is WE Americans who are paying the price for government foolishness.
