The personal mandate part of the bill is written to make it almost uncollectable.

I kept pointing that out here OVER and OVER and finally got fed up and did a whole post citing and linking to the actual law text that makes it uncollectable.

But more than a few here just have to stay on bogus themes that they find attactive..

In general, Obamacare’s revenue is being exempted and costs will be much higher than budgeted. That includes additional payments to insurers to cover their losses. The result is an effective Medicaid expansion paid by the government with little offsetting revenue. This is not the change represented to the people or as contained in the ACA. Obama and the Democrats passed the ACA under false pretenses.
