First: I don’t care WHAT the other guy does if you stoop to his level you are a child. This Office was being childish.
Second: Every single Constitutional issue on any of his cases (i.e. search and seizure, confessions, etc) are instantly suspect and he becomes a prosecutorial liability.
Lets be clear about something. This wasn’t his idea. Someone else in the Helmetta town hall CALLED this thug to come and oppress the peasant with the camera. Someone who still works for the town and still thinks the constitution isn’t important.
The thug is right, you are not protected by the constitution, there is no rule of law.

FYI the “peasant with the camera” is some kind of local animal rights activist who was phishing for an issue at the town’s animal shelter.
A few years ago, a local cop ran 0bama through the NCIC records computer. Within 20 minutes the dispatcher for the agency running the IDACS portal had been contacted by five federal law enforcement/security agencies.
Within a matter of days the officer was terminated.
So there is no freedom of speech when a Democrat is in office. How ridiculous, when this freedom was intended to protect political speech, not the dirty language in our culture today.
The Founders didn’t want to be punished for criticizing their leaders as it they were subjects of a King. In the King Barack reign, we have reverted to the pre-Revolution model.

Yet a police Chief up in WI I think did not agree with the local tea party , and thus signed the tea party guy up on homosexual websites,amongst other things .

There are a lot of people covering for Hussein at every level. How are they rewarded? I've heard a few try to speak the truth, but even Fox News seems to ignore them. What will it take?
The Courier-News, which is the local newspaper where this story originated, is a lockstep left wing echo chamber. The editor is an openly gay fifty-something brat who whines in print about everything that offends him personally, such as the day somebody drove by and yelled the “F” word when he and his BF were walking down the street holding hands.
I was on an elevator with him at the hospital one day, and he kept touching my father’s arm and saying in his prissy voice that Dad’s jacket wasn’t warm enough. I wanted to punch him but it would have ended up as a headline.
I cancelled my subscription to this paper because of their constant emphasis on everything black, gay, and liberal. Plus they couldn’t manage to deliver it more than 3-4 times a week. Then they kept calling several times a day for me to renew my subscription and I finally had to get very threatening to throw them off.
I think the issue is he said he didn’t have to follow the constitution. That makes him a legal liability for the dept.

Did the officer have a legal reason for using this? Usually, there are rules about misusing that DB. It isn’t a toy.
