My problem is with them saying it was at a residence, considering how much much power was being provided as seen in the picture i would have to believe it was a business.

About 50 years ago, a Marine Reservist had a problem with a peeping tom sneaking in to see his wife undress in her bedroom sliding glass door out in the country, when he was away for drill.
Back then, they travel 100s of miles by POV for drill at remote Camps or on ranches miles from nowhere.
On the way back to the reserve center, he slept at home overnight and set an M-60 up in the bedroom with a can of blanks. Reportedly he never saw a man run so fast after he let off the first few rounds. 0;^)
