Perhaps. We need some leadership with some courage, some organization, and a declaration.

There will be no wholesale repentance before God. That will never happen.

IMO, if their is no repentance, whatever comes of it will be of little benefit. Some tyrant will rise up. Ultimately, what can restrain tyranny except accountability to God? We have tyranny now because the majority of the people as well as the leadership do not fear God.
