She makes no point other than to repeat the mantra that women make 77% of men, and then disregards vital points that men work longer hours by choice and have chosen difficult fields like science and engineering.
Equal pay for equal work is more Dem nonsense to enrich trial lawyers at the expense of America. They destroy this country further to aggrandize their own political power.

I worked in engineering and worked a great deal of overtime.
I was paid much, much less than the men with whom I worked.

Did you have the same title as the other engineers?
Were you employed at the company about as long as the others in your group?
How did your work output compare to the others that were paid more (quantity, errors, etc)?
How large was the company?

On the other hand, if it were true that women were paid 77% as much as men for otherwise identical work, then there's a secret way most companies could massively cut their labor costs, by up to 23% (if they presently had only male employees) simply by firing all the men and then hiring equally-qualified women for 77% of the pay. Then again, if companies haven't already done this this, then why not? Don't companies only care about bottom-line profits?
