Offer a few million bounty for the e-mails and an anonymous way to claim it and the e-mails will show up. The UK would be the most likely country to have the e-mails although China, Russia, Germany, Israel might have them also. The UK has an arrangement and special access to record the activities of all Americans in exchange for the NSA recording the activities of all British subjects. This was set up long ago to bypass legal restrictions.

Why is no one talking about Sonasoft anymore? Weren’t they archiving the IRS’s emails up until a month after Lerner’s hard drive crashed? Wouldn’t they have turned over the archives back to the IRS upon termination of the contract?
