Gannett, can not source. Chase over. Possibly THREE dead and two needing ambulances. One of the hostages was reportedly a 12 year-old girl.
as per police scanner, they “threw out one of the hostages”.
Per police scanner, One suspect critical, one injured.
All officers that fired shots told to gather.
Prayers for the hostages.
Sad for the hostages.
Yep. We’ll see who the actors are.
It sounded like it was a mess. TV is reporting one hostage and one suspect deceased. Over the scanner, the report was 3 DOA, two suspects injured. Lots of police and apparently lots of shooting.
Thanks for info
three suspects, one is dead. all three Latino males.
police cars and residences struck by gunfire.
three hostages, one is dead. one hostage was struck by gunfire and thrown out of the vehicle. the hostages all women. vehicle used was stolen from one of the hostages.
Only found the one description. Wondering if a shrine will pop up (as in New Jersey) for the deceased criminal.
Should be an interesting story, sad as it is.
Yes, descriptions changing. Almost seems as if these guys, whomever they are, had a plan to go out blazing, or ? Strange story. They also were first described as “Black Males”, one with “dreds”.
If there was a 12-yr old involved, she is the daughter, who was waiting in her mother's car, of the dead hostage.
The getaway SUV belonged to another of the three hostages, who was forced to drive.
The robbers were all described as latinos, wearing black or very dark hoodies.
This is a bank I often use. Damn.
Any word on the identity of the hostage who died?
Hostage was Misty Holt Singh, who’s daughter was waiting in the car for her mother (bank customer).
Jaime Ramos of Stockton was the thug.
Stockon Police, Stockton Police
Jaime Ramos, 19, the surviving suspect from a bank robbery, car chase
and shootout with police in Stockton on July 16, 2014, that left two other
suspects and a hostage dead.
