BREITBART – An illegal immigrant who was released by U.S. authorities with a Notice to Appear has been arrested for the alleged murder of a woman and kidnapping of children on U.S. soil. The alleged crimes occurred after the man was released.
The man, Pedro Alberto Monterroso-Navas, entered the U.S. illegally with children and turned himself in to U.S. Border Patrol agents. He was processed and released, as are all illegal immigrants who come as unaccompanied minors or incomplete family units from Central America. The alien is from Honduras.
The arrest was first reported by the Associated Press (AP), but Breitbart Texas has exclusively confirmed that the man was part of the Obama Administration’s catch and release policy for family groups from Central America.
Sure, I know most of the ones coming here are not murderers and kidnappers. But that’s beside the point. This woman would still be alive with her children if it weren’t for the horrible policies of this administration with respect to illegal immigration.
Yes, the man is responsible for his own actions. But there’s a good chance he wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for Obama’s illegal catch and release policy.
They can blame this on a 2008 law all they want. But it’s not the law’s fault these people are coming here en masse. It’s the fault of this administration and the Democrat Party who’ve put out the idea that illegals should be granted amnesty.

In LA a few years ago an illegal gang member was released from jail. The next day he killed a black kid walking home from football practice. The football player said he was not a gang member when asked. So, the illegal shot him.
Uproar in the neighborhood. Parents went to city council to get local policy changed to get the illegals deported. Some council members read the paper and laughed at the parents of the murdered kids.
In SF illegal released and killed 3 members from the same family at a traffic pinch point downtown.
Newsom was mayor and did nothing. Now he’s primed to become governor after Brown retires.
This is what we’re up against. There is no shame, no care, and nothing is being done.
I think you don’t quite get The Left.
For The Left, more crime is a good thing. The Left uses an atmosphere of criminality to justify the passage of oppressive laws, and to justify the growth of the police state. The Left needs criminals.
The Left uses a ‘drain on services’ to demand more money from the Productive Class in support of “unmet needs”.
The Left actively desires to DESTROY our culture and our way of life. The Left wishes to reduce these United States to squalid third-world despotism ... with them in charge, of course.
And the loud-mouth demonic democrats will NOT be as miserable as everyone else. The Ruling Class never is.
So in Louisiana for second degree murder:
Whoever commits the crime of second degree murder shall be punished by life imprisonment at hard labor without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence.
So Louisiana will have to house, feed, medically care for this POS for the rest of his life?
