Yes, this admin is all about punishing and rewarding. This is what they see as the purpose of gov’t and the reason to get control of the power to do it.
Biblically, legitimate gov’t has the role of punishing the wicked and rewarding the righteous, and, to a certain extent, this is how the left sees it as well - but, being inherently anti-God (wanting to be gods themselves), they get the definitions of good and evil distorted and most often, backward.
They reward those who support them, (by their definition, the “righteous”) and punish those who oppose them (by their definition, the “wicked”).
Wouldn’t it be nice if Republicans would talk like this. Oh wait, they do, but we’re their enemies.
The punish/reward efforts on the part of this admin follow the 80/20 rule.
Their supporters think that the effort is 80% to reward them and 20% to punish others.
However, the truth is, these people are all about “vengeance”. They spend most of their effort on “stickin’ it to the man”.
Ironic, because they ARE “the man” now.

Good point. Latino is a language group, like Arab or English-speaking. But the group, La Raza, is still racist and “raza” means race.
Then they should call their organization: La Racistas.............
They chose to name themselves “the race.” I guess you think that’s not quite a racist type of name. I do. And their agenda is race-based.
A bar/cantina recently opened up down the street in a strip mall near here called ‘La Raza’. I wonder if it’s their ‘headquarters’ here in our town?.........

When I was in college, many years ago, I took biology as a one of my electives.
There were discussions on different types of common animals and their places on the zoology tree, dogs, cats, chickens, cattle, etc.
A person asked the question about there being different types of breeds of these animals, like there are German Shepard, Beagle, Labs and Chihuahuas, and there are Plymouth Rocks and White Leghorn chickens, and Angus and Holstein cows.
The professor said that these are essentially different ‘races’ within the species of animal, and that as long as they can mate and breed across the race lines, i.e. crossing one type of cow with another, and produce viable offspring that themselves can produce offspring they are essentially the same animal.
We are no different. We are all physically the same, with variances for local conditions that produce different ‘races’ of humans. I believe in one race and that’s the human race, regardless of color.
I am of ‘mixed race’ and I have been subjected over my lifetime to derision and even violence because of it. I detest any organization that emphasizes their so-called race over that of anybody else. KKK, NAACP, La Raza, White Supremacists, Neo-nazis, Black Panthers, are all gonna have to answer to God for their actions eventually.

I’m not assuming you’re a racist. I’m a little confused why you think that a group with the name “the race” whose goal is to put race first is not racist.
Oh, they ARE racists, by any measure.
I was just pointing out the hypocrisy of their name, ‘The Race’.
There is only one race as far as I’m concerned, The Human Race.
They are in reality racists, but are to cowardly to call themselves what they are, racistas.
Just like liberals won’t call themselves liberal: progressives is their current nom de plume.
In Orwell’s 1984, he pointed out that the organizations of the State call themselves the exact opposite of what they did in reality: for example, the Ministry of Love oversees torture and brainwashing, the Ministry of Plenty oversees shortage and famine, the Ministry of Peace oversees war and atrocity, and the Ministry of Truth oversees propaganda and historical revisionism.
Liberals, communists, leftists, whatever you call them, will always try to hide behind language to obscure their true mission.....................
