Illegal aliens are being allowed to fly on commercial airliners without valid identification, according to the National Border Patrol Council (NBPC). “The aliens who are getting released on their own recognizance are being allowed to board and travel commercial airliners by simply showing their Notice to Appear forms,” NBPC’s Local 2455 Spokesman, Hector Garza, told Breitbart Texas.

Isn't it sicking how the "rumors" about permios is the truth. The gov't treats these illegals better than citizens especially vets. Now these forms will be good enough for drivers licenses, etc.

I have no problem with this.

As long as these commercial flights are leaving the country and are headed south to Mexico or Central America.

If there is any doubt that this administration is deliberately trying to invite an attack on our soil, this should remove most if not all of that doubt.

I believe they are basically limited to strictly bus travel then....without an ID. Correct me if I’m wrong. When I traveled AMTRAK last year....they required me to show some type of ID as I got the ticket.

There is no waiver on this TSA requirement as far as I know...unless the State Department or Homeland Security issues one, and they wouldn’t do it for a single non-VIP. This pretty much violates a couple of laws.

See, TSA isn’t necessary. But nuns and grandmother’s must be frisked.

Why not? The penalty of law is reserved for productive citizens. Anyone who joins the current Administration in destroying America is exempt!

And I’m sure that come November, they will all be voting without an ID, too.

"And I’m sure that come November, they will all be voting without an ID, too."

Indeed, Obama and company do not intend to let the votes of legal Americans decide the fate of the country. They will win by any means necessary and the GOPe will go along.

Somewhere along the line these “agencies” need to stop following the ILLEGAL ORDERS of this administration.

Would a threat of personal lawsuit and criminality from American citizens be enough to scare these lousy TSA folks straight about what the heck their jobs are?

Accessories to murder, terrorism, felonies... of course then we’d need REAL courts to rule on it. But then...wouldn’t these TSA agents be enemy combatants? But wait...they are in uniform...so wouldn’t that make them enemies of We the People for willfully failing to do their job?

I's sure we'll see this on every major news outlet, as the lead story, shortly:)

And when it's time to name the co-conspirators for punishment, we'll know who to name!

I believe that this falls under 'selective enforcemnt ' of Federal Laws, which is already known to exist.
and ignoring other existing laws that are 'inconvienient'
Without Congressional accountability, or the 'Balance of Power' concept which is inherent in our Constitutional Laws,
this is just another 'over-reach' of inconvienience, which should be overlooked by the powers that be.
In legal terms , it is just more of the same "Arbitrary and Capricious Behavior" for which this administration has not yet been held accountable, or responsible.

There was a story yesterday about two Honduran teens FLYING into Atlanta to reunite with their allegedly legal parents.

I ask you this...how is Obama going to help terrorists if they have to present ID to the TSA? You see, you have to think logically.

Meanwhile, on July 21, TSA is increasing their fees for us poor slobs who actually purchase tickets, must show appropriate identivication, and be searched like we’re criminals.

Imagine that - You’re taking a flight and all of a sudden a bunch of middle eastern men in their early 20s hop on board, the plane takes off, and you read on Drudge in flight “TSA allowing illegals to fly without ID”.
